This warranty applies only to manufacturing or material defects under normal use. It covers, in particular:

• Visible mattress sagging greater than 3 cm (1.5 inches), measured with a ruler on a flat surface, with no weight on the mattress.
• Abnormal deformation of foam, latex or springs, without abuse or misuse.
• Defects in zippers (in the case of mattresses with removable covers).
• Broken or displaced springs (for pocket spring or continuous spring mattresses).
• Premature deterioration of materials, causing a significant loss of comfort or support, outside of normal wear and tear.

The warranty does not cover the following situations:

• Normal wear and tear from daily use.
• Stains, burns, mold, bedbug infestations, or any damage caused by liquids or lack of maintenance.
• Mattress with damage due to an unsuitable base or support (e.g.: slats too far apart, damaged base, non-ventilated board, etc.).
• Subjective comfort: change of opinion regarding firmness, density, temperature, etc.
• Commercial use, unless otherwise indicated (hotels, short-term rentals, etc.).
• Products purchased second-hand or through unauthorized channels.
• Lack of legal label (“white label”) or lack of proof of purchase.

For the warranty to be valid, the following conditions must be met:

• The mattress must be used on a suitable, solid, level, clean and well-ventilated base.
• The mattress must be maintained regularly, protected against humidity and dirt (recommendation: waterproof mattress protector).
• The original label sewn to the mattress (law label) must not be removed.
• The buyer must provide the original proof of purchase (invoice or receipt stating the name of the reseller, the date, and the model).

In the event of a defect covered by the warranty, here is the procedure to follow:

2. Attach a copy of the proof of purchase, a photo of the legal label, and photos of the defect noted.
3. Our team will analyze your file and respond to you within 7 to 10 business days.
4. If the claim is accepted, we will repair, replace the mattress or offer an equivalent solution.
• The customer may be responsible for any transport or delivery costs associated with the replacement.
